Cultural Patrimony

        The study of the cultural environment is based on the protection of the cultural patrimony that is composed by the universality of countries’ culture representative goods.
        The Brazilian juridical definition of cultural patrimony says that it’s constituted of goods of material and immaterial nature, individually or together, containing reference to the identity, action, and memory of different groups that form Brazilian society. 
        To this goods it’s included:
    I. the ways of expression;
   II. the ways of creating, doing and living;
  III. the scientific, artistic and technological creations;
  IV. the constructions, objects, documents, edifications and other spaces destined for cultural-artistic manifestations;
  V. The urban joints and locations of historical, scenery, artistic, archeological, paleonthological, ecological and scientific value.
