Urban Spots
As it is already known, it is included among material and immaterial goods that constitute the cultural patrimony: the ways of expression; the ways of creating, doing and living; the scientific, artistic and technological creations; the constructions, objects, documents, edifications and other spaces destined for cultural-artistic manifestations; the urban joints and locations of historical, scenery, artistic, archeological, paleonthological, ecological and scientific value.
The urban spots that are said by modern urbanites can be insert in the juridical concept of urban joints referred above.
Urban spot can be defined as “an area that has architectonic, artistic or historical special characteristics that express the “way of life” of a culture”.
